With the recent shooting in Ottawa, one has to wonder how this could have been nipped at the bud. The solution to this dilemma is to revert back to our old methods of granting citizenship. We have to close the flood gates on and of immigration, grant citizenship to British Subjects. New refugees, immigrants must be granted citizenship after they have have lived in the country for 7 tears without any misdemeanors, and be of good standing and character. In addition, have the financial means, education, and posses knowledge of English Language, and swear allegiance to Flag and country.
