This article is fairly amazingly inaccurate. Big Sky Airlines operated Metroliner aircraft for years and, later, the Beech 1900D aircraft until it ceased operations in 2008, not the much smaller Cessna 402s as the article claims and the new carrier, Cape Air, flies. Cape may be a fine airline, but this service will now be made with non-pressurized, piston aircraft (I believe Cape often operates with just one pilot utilizing the right seat for pax unless autopilot inoperative) rather than the pressurized, 19 seat turboprop planes that have been serving these rural Montana communities. Frankly, that is a huge difference and will be particularly interesting in poor weather.... A little frustrating that those basic and important facts are simply either not included in this story or just flat wrong.
