This is a note to encourage my friends. Today I completed my 150th workout :) I started this journey 243 days ago and reached my goal on June 4th and lost 27 Pds. As many of you know I have cardiovascular Disease and a herniated disc. I have done this by portion control and by working out in my basement ( with only free weights and DVD) This picture is 1 pd of fat that I was given to me by my friend at the U of C a very good visual for me. Again this is to encourage my friends that even with health challenges, age , job, grandchildren, ect. We can do this!!
