Dont blink. If you are interested in doing the or challenging friends #5tonsin5Minutes #challenge by now I think everyone knows how to do that. First I want everyone to know the most important rule of the #5tonsin5minutes #challenge. You are welcomed to criticize anyone’s form in any of these videos as long as you are willing to pay $5 a word to the families of these children (that link is above and below). The challenge is basically this, you can do whatever weight lifting movement you would like to do. Scaled is whatever you can do, Rx is 315 pounds and Elite is 405. We will also have an Extreme category, as an example if you can squat 500 pounds 20 times. You are good. For women they have the option of doing 6500 pounds or the same as the guys. Scaled is scaled, Rx is 225 and Elite is 315. Extreme is the same as above. You will be doing this for Detroit Relentless, the charity benefits the families of children dealing with life threatening illnesses. You will not only be lifting for those families but also the families of the children that are no longer with us. $50 donation if you choose not to accept the challenge within the next 24 hours (but you have longer than that to do the challenge). relentlessdetroit/av/
