This is an amazing and incredibly rare Victorian nautical anchor - TopicsExpress

This is an amazing and incredibly rare Victorian nautical anchor compass which would originally have been part of a gentlemans pocketwatch fob. It does work and measures around 1 1/2 from the top of the bail to the bottom of the anchor so is a good size for everyday wearability. Just think, a Victorian gentleman would have perhaps taken this compass out to see over 110 years ago. The design features an anchor with a ships wheel which is the base for the compass. Placed onto a 20 high quality fine 24k gold filled chain. We believe the compass to be made from brass. $120
