This is an example of a racist CULTURE. People may be prejudice, but the SYSTEM is racist. People are playing the role that they have been taught to play by our system! This is the argument/discussion that is not happening. This is why we get the are they "Racist" or not question. It is the WRONG question!!!! The question is WHY is the the norm and HOW do we deal with it together and CHANGE IT!!!!
