This is an outstanding article from Dr. Michael Colgan. If you are ready to ditch the sugar after reading this my 30 Day Program is just right for healthy habits. It takes 3 weeks to create healthy habits and ditch the bad sugars soda, candy, processed foods etc.. I was the cookie monster....middle of the night I would wake up sneak downstairs and eat a whole row of Oreo cookies dipped in milk what happened just under 200lbs at 50 years old.
