This is from my FB friend Stacey, who has lost over 200 lbs on the program on which I have lost 76 lbs.....She has reached her goal and is on to Transition! Listen to her beauiful words..I could not have said it better..I will be where she ...is n 14 lbs! Message me if you want to improve your life and HEALTH on thisd amazing journey! susan4goodhealth.tsfl Today I begin the Transition phase of our program, which is a fancy way of saying Im finished losing weight in the fat burning phase and ready to bring my body up to a maintenance calorie level. THIS week I add an extra cup of vegetables in to the food that I prepare for myself. Simple. Next week, Ill add in 1 fruit and take away 1 portion-controlled-meal-replacement. And so on and so fo...rth for 6 weeks of transition. During this time, I will be calculating my TEE (Total Energy Expenditure) and when the 6 weeks are finished, I can choose to be completely finished with the PCMRs (portion-controlled-meal-replacments) OR I can keep some around as healthy snacks/healthy fuelings. I choose to keep some because there are a few which have become staples in my house, even my son loves the Soft Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies. I start my morning every day with the Oatmeal, and finish almost every day with the Brownie. Its nice to know I can keep some around for low-glycemic alternatives to ACTUAL oatmeal and brownies. This plan has taught me many things, one of which is to NOT have an AFFAIR with food or drink. What does that mean? Most of my life, beginning in childhood I am sure, I developed unhealthy habits of utilizing food for many things that it was NOT intended to be. Entertainment when I was bored. Comfort. Friendship (one-sided LOL). A sedative when I was stressed or afraid. A pick-me-up when I was sad. It became my habit to reach for something, however healthy it may have been or not have been (Im not a vegetarian, but there are plenty of overweight vegetarians and vegans around too). This plan taught me portion-control, and viewing food as primarily fuel. Do I still love flavor? Am I still a foodie at heart? Yes, I appreciate flavor and enjoy good food, but my definition of good food had changed dramatically. Now you will see me getting REALLY excited over a pan of fresh green beans that Ive just cooked up with a little bacon olive oil (thank you Queen Creek Olive Mill), some onion powder, cherry tomatoes salt and pepper. I still go gaga over a perfectly cooked filet minon. I will be enjoying a half of a glass of red wine over dinner once maintenance comes, provided it doesnt throw my training off for the marathon, if so then Ill put it on hold until after April. With a degree in Nutrition From Arizona State University, I still didnt know much about the science of fat-burning, and the reasons that I was obese. I learned those things from this plan. I have incorporated them into my life, and now I make it my business to share this with as many other people as I can, because NO ONE HAS TO LIVE IN A PRISON OF FAT! And it is a prison, one of our own making. But if we are IN THAT PRISON, it isnt because we are undisciplined or lazy, or that we know what to do and just arent doing it because let me tell you those stereotypes are plain wrong, and a majority of us DONT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT TO DO! We know what the FDA and the American Dietetic Association have told us to do, eat a low fat diet and exercise more. But those remedies are NOT the full story! Not even CLOSE! My program harnesses the fat burning machine that every one of our bodies has the potential of being, because we were designed a certain way and we just need to create the environment for our bodies to coax them into the fat burning state. My plan does that. Beautifully. Without hunger (first 3 days you are hungry, but only until you get into the fat-burning state). Without killing yourself at the gym (my plan recommends that if you arent REGULARLY exercising when you start the plan, that you NOT START adding any exercise until week 4, and only if you want to at that point....dont worry, you will have plenty of time to exercise much later IF YOU WANT...like me...but it is never a mandatory part of our plan!!) And, my plan has free support tools, myself being one of them! I will guide you as a Certified Health Coach through the process, every step of it! Whats the catch, you say, this all sounds too good. Well, if that is keeping you from action please message me and I can tell you person-to-person THERE IS NO CATCH. What does it cost you say, because you know that anything that can so radically change a life and allow you to create health MUST have a cost to it. It truly ONLY costs you the PCMRs you eat on the plan to make the plan work. And since it is just the food you are buying, it is cost neutral because you have to buy food now anyway! It isnt something you are going to need to rely on from here to eternity, give me a call and we will figure out what a healthy weight range is for you, how long it will take you to get there on estimation (on average) based on proven results, and you can know how many months you are going to need to budget it in. You pay no bulk fee up front, there is no contract, no registration fee, no enrollment fee, no continuation fee, no hidden fees, there IS a textbook and workbook I will ask you to purchase, which is part of the behavior modification part of the plan, but those costs are one-time and minimal. And it goes month-to-month based on YOUR success and desire to continue! Truly, I am speaking to anyone who has been wishing for the last 10, 15, 20+ years that they could just get that XX of weight off once and for all. YOU CAN. There is nothing stopping you from doing that. I am living proof. High Blood pressure? Diabetes Type 2? PERFECT! This plan is for you too! In fact, many people are able to reduce or completely ELIMINATE their medications for these conditions, because the beauty of this plan is blood sugar regulation, which CAN normalize these processes! High Cholesterol? SAME THING! WONDERFUL! Even more of a reason to be on this plan. If you started TODAY, you would be well on your way to your health goals when January 1st rolls around, not wishing you were doing something. So, lets go.
