This is full of beauty, full of creativity, full of meaning. Whatever our believes are, we just cannot deny there is something pure and visionary here. The standoff between oppositions gradually becomes meaningless to both sides compared to what is really budding in Admiralty. Thanks to this amazing cinematography representation, it is not politics and economy we are looking at right now, it is an entire new identity and culture that our younger generation is giving to the whole city and the people who live in it. We now must think out-of-the-box and should not only look at the problems and solutions ahead of us. We must look at all the good things that is being introduced to our old behaviours and augment them onto our traditional values, which should not be denied neither. I have a wild thought, what about permanently make this portion of Harcourt Road as our new cultural exchange with arts, music, performances, opinions, etc., which can be supported by the Arts Centre and the Hong Kong School of Performing Arts right next to it. (After 4 weeks, it seems HK people and traffic somehow have already adapted to the road block and live by). To create is the best way to get out from a difficult problem and if we can shed our differences and co-create something out from the norm, a new life may just be underway.
