This is going to be a novel, be warned. I always have people telling me that Im a good person and that Im always smiling and cheerful. However, what people dont realize is that Im that way for a reason. Im blessed to have the people in my life that I do. For starters, in high school I had some of the greatest teachers ever who would go above and beyond for their students. For example, Señor Wiedel opened my eyes to one of my greatest passions in life which everyone who knows me knows that Im talking about Spanish. Lets be real, you probably dont hear me going through an entire day without speaking Spanish haha. Also Emily Winter did an amazing job teaching biology and A&P which has been helpful so much. Especially now that Im taking a biology class this semester. Its crazy how much stuff I still remember. Stephanie Lanik was another amazing teacher who showed me how to right some pretty cracking papers and did an amazing job preparing me for college writing. She also opened my eyes to all things Apple and Photoshop and how much I love photography. Then, when I started working at Bruning Food Mart, I met even more great people. Teresa Bateman was probably the best assistant manager/ manager anybody couldve asked for. I also got the chance to meet Chris Pavelka Jr. who was basically the only other guy that I ever got to work with there and Lindsey Jo Maloley, Kayla Kapperman, Becca, and Michaela Marie were a blast to work with too. We didnt get to work together long enough, but we most definitely made the most of it with our farm animal noises, creating the BLT and discovering all things pepperoni back half-way through the ovens, juggling dough balls at the end of the night and the art we made with barbecue and hot sauce. In addition, the Aply Lab Family of Ashley Petersen (one of the greatest people Ive ever met), Morgan Fangmeier (related to Gabe and Peyton two of the cutest kids of all time) Clayton Hintz (a character in and of his self who and sound almost exactly like Scrat from Ice Age), Gregory Dale Dightman Jr. (master of all things video editing and Illustrator) and Russell Heitmann (The greatest news reporter Thayer Central has ever seen). Then when I started college the number of amazing people nearly doubled. Abel 11 Floor Family will forever be in existence. Starting with the mom of the group and an awesome roommate Lizzie Williams. Lets be real. When she was gone, we did basically nothing haha. Then there was Carlea Magee, which for some reason wont let me tag her haha, Destiny Myers, Tyler Pauly, Juan Daniel Palma and so many more. Like Earl Julius Johnson (the Abel 11 floor traitor that we all still love (HAPPY BIRTHDAY BY THE WAY!) and one of the most bomb ass R.A.s Andrew Pravecek. The list of our family goes on and on. Then when I started working at Vals in Lincoln, you guessed it. More amazing people! I was welcomed with wide arms and had a lot to learn because at Bruning we didnt have half the menu we do up here and you really gotta move haha. From the start Christopher Rauscher was always a HUGE help whenever I needed anything and is probably one of the coolest people Ive had the chance to meet. Then there is Lauren Wilcox, Drue Skillett, Carson and Sam who have all done so much training me to become a Supervisor. Then Ive got the wonderful family that has always been there for me. Brittney Gress, the worlds greatest sister ever! She also happens to be the mother of the worlds cutest babies. And my two brothers Justin Gress and Chris Fieselman. Words cant describe how much you guys mean to me. Then there is the worlds greatest aunt. My wonderful Aunt Jennifer who is the mother of some of the greatest cousins in the world Joshua Briley and Jillian Marie Briley. So many other family members that I want to tag and talk about but I dont want this to be too much longer. But you guys all know who you are and how much you all mean to me. So there. Thats the reason that Im able to always be so happy and cheerful. The tangible things in life dont mean anything to me in comparison to all the amazing people and relationships that we have. Also, know that if I didnt tag you it doesnt mean that I think anything less of you, if you are in my life you are pretty important to me. So, with that being said I just want to say THANK YOU! I wouldnt be half of the person that I am today without all you wonderful, amazing people. THANKS and sorry for the novel haha.
