This is kuya Orlando Frago. We met him the other night at Puerto Princesa Baywalk where he spend time selling the infamous Balut, Pork Cracklings and Quail Eggs. Asked what happened to him, he said he was a victim of this drunk driver who hit him hard while selling hia goodies. The driver was hospitalized and kuya orlando too had and almost lost his leg. The family of the drunk driver said they will help him in his operation and medication but didnt keep their promise and as they say, nawalang parang bula. Kuya Orlando filed a case at the police station but the case seemed to be not moving. Kuya Orlando now had to sell balut every night despite of the achings and difficulties hes experiencing in moving just to be able to earn a little for his medications... for those who wants to help him, in his case or in his medications, you can see him everynight at the Puerto Princesa Baywalk.
