This is my typical format of training. I superset a weighted lift with a quick, body weight plyo-oriented exercise. I typically go through 3-4 rounds then move on to the next superset. I love the tension the lifts place on my muscles combined with an exercise that sky rockets my heart rate. This type of training is quick, intense, and effective, which is exactly what I look for. There isnt a right or wrong way to train (not referring to technique). There are an endless amount of options! Find a system that works for you and meets your standards, preferences, and lifestyle. Side note: ignore the outfit. One of the perks of working out at home = rolling out of bed & walking downstairs to workout without having to dress to look suitable to the public eye :) #train #lift #workout #homeworkout
