This is probably a pretty bizarre question to ask here and I dont talk about this often, but its one of these issues where I would value public opinion. If you found out you had a brain tumor which is deemed as benign, but you are almost certain it is mostly responsible for your chronic misery over the last several years, what would you do? You see, when they say its benign they just simply mean its not cancerous, but from an endocrine standpoint or it affecting every other system in your body adversely, its most certainly not benign. It can really mess you up and reduce your quality of life substantially each day you exist. Specifically, Ive got this pineal growth and lipoma which neurosurgeons dont want to touch because although they concede they possibly could be responsible for problems, they could not say so for sure. Given the fact that its still brain surgery, with all the risks that come along with an operation in itself, nobody really wants to take that chance unless it is cancerous. Thats unfortunate for me, since the more I read up on these things, the more my symptoms match up with these little nodules as the top perpetrators. Of course, Im still no doctor, and I dont know for sure. I know of one guy in CA who will do it. Dont worry, hes a surgeon, not just some random landscaper I met with a few good sharp tools. Its expensive and Im not even sure if I could physically get to him at this point, but I guess my question is, should I try doing that to restore my quality of life? Maybe I should look on Amazon for a Home Brain Surgery Kit? Not to brag, but I did a damn good job with extracting my own embedded foot cat hair, if you recall. Shout out to surgical quality Amazon tweezers! While Im not doing well over here, I do realize things could get a lot worse, particularly when someone goes poking around in your brain. Id probably be pretty pissed if I went through all that and saw no improvement, provided I survived enough to be pissed. However, I cant help but to think these things are the core of my problem. This would be a lot easier if I were a scarecrow. What would you do?
