This is the only time Im going to say this because it has reached too far. My previous status was directed at a male individual on my personal profile who was inquiring about something for his gf and upon explaining that Im busy with customers in front of me to give the size specifics of a makeup case but knowing that he lives a few streets away from the store, I advised him to pass in and I can show him the cases and give all information whether he purchases or not. Without even knowing, a post was shared on a private group with MUAS and fanatics by a disgruntled person who had messaged some time ago on the business profile asking about brushes and was given all information such as address, brush cost, that it was in stock for pick up and to call the # given for further information. Also stated was that the color was purple and a typo was made where all we have in purple in colour was sent but what was meant to be typed was all we have is purple in colour and with not acknowledging the typo the person asked to repeat what was said and she was told to read over the message So because of that, she claimed she was given attitude and mostly everyone in that group has started targeting us and claiming bad service and the business is horrible etc. In our defense, we continuously stated that we are too busy to efficiently reply to FB messages so call! Now this person was now brought to the page so she didnt know the predicament or situation but everyone else that commented and laughed and degraded us knew. The reason for telling everyone, even this person to call and come in is because for the same reasons...so that messages and intentions arent interpreted wrongly. Everyone claims that a flood of complaints from many people are the same. That we give attitude via FB when we say that we are busy to reply or to call/come in. Or when we tell people that all information is there either on the profile status or product photo. With that being said, when I posted what I did in my moment of FB, some ladies started assuming the status was for them, in conjunction with their private group bashing, which I didnt even know of until after my status was posted. Either way, everyone that comes to the store, female or male, MUAS or fanatics, know that they get individual attention whether they ask a question or not, purchase or not. When they come in, every thing is tested and shown, compared and discussed. Whether it takes 3 minutes or 3 hours, our service is on point. Funny thing is even the person bashing are the same ones that get this treatment, as everyone else. We do apologize for not being able to efficiently reply to every message and question even if its the same question being asked 5 times but we advise that you use the business profile for viewing only and for further information call.
