This is the vacuum desalination method that I have been talking about. If pressure heads for the water are over 9.8 meters tall, then the vacuum should be generated for free. Moving the water will still require work to be performed. The up riser for water needing to be out gassed will have a level that allows for it to flow to the out gassed side which will have a lower water level. The out gassing system would use 2 pressure heads working together so while one is out gassing, the other one can be venting gas. Again, if pressure heads are over 9.9m tall, work required will be minimal. And with the evaporation unit, the accompanying chart shows how temperature and vacuum effect evaporation. And with heating tubes using either air or water warmed by the sun, they would heat the expanded gasses on the hot side of the evaporator. On the cooling side, the cooling tubes would have the purified/desalinized water moving through them. This would decrease the angular momentum of expanded gasses and as a result, they would release the water drawn into the hot side. This would establish a flow and should determine the flow rate of water being purified/desalinized. If pipes are run into the ground and then back up, water will be cooler. With this system, it is using principles that are used to condense steam in a ship board propulsion system. Or as the Bible would say, when we beat our swords into plows. I served onboard 2 aircraft carriers and am a disabled Veteran :-D Kind of hate being discriminated against.
