This is the video everyone is talking about. Irish Gardai are allowed to use reasonable force in the performance of their duties. Is this reasonable force in your opinion, this girl could be pregnant and yet she is tossed violently against a steel bollard by 3 gardai. If the Gardai use unreasonable force then they are breaking the law and that cannot be tolerated by us under any circumstances. In my humble opinion the Gardai broke the law here and should be treated accordingly as would be any other citizen in this country. This video is absolutely sickening but is being used by the media and then all supportive comments for the girl against the gardai are being removed and unsupportive messages allowed in order to make it appear that the people support the Gardai in this kind of instance, dont believe me just try and post a comment of support for the girl on any media page such as independent.ie
