This isnt really that exciting but since Im better at strict muscle-ups than kipping ones, (NOT OK) it was a big deal to hit some major muscle up practice forcing myself to only do kipping. A fun little skill WOD: 10 rds, every 90 seconds, start with 20 seconds max calorie row right into either bar or ring muscle ups, you pick the number, and hit it every time. Ive done false grip, non false grip, and everything in between and Ive finally come to terms with this semi-false-grip muscle-up (thank you MK). With a little more hollow hold and less leg break, Im going for 8 unbroken. #crossfitparkhill #sundaysaremyfave #dowhatyouhate
