Dear Mr. Speaker John Boehner Article IV Section 2. of the Constitution of the United States A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime. Since all illegal aliens have committed a crime by entering the USA illegally and falsify papers allowing them to work, or use services they are not entitled to. This Constitutional declaration should empower all States to remove the illegal aliens on their soil or others, just by asking other states to deliver them up for trespassing or theft of services alone. Why is this not used to stop the illegal immigration alone?
