This list saddens me. It does not show all the wonderful people that applied to be a board member of our shelter. This is a list of people that was hand picked by the people in power now. So many wonderful people stepped up was turned away because they didnt like them. :( The Human e Society Serving Logan County, Inc., dba Top of Ohio Pet Shelter, will hold an Extraordinary Member Meeting at the Hilliker YMCA, 300 Sloan Blvd., Bellefontaine, Ohio on Friday, July 18th for the purpose of electing a new Board of Directors. The meeting will start at 7 p.m. Members that have renewed or purchased their membership, Jan 1, 2014 through June 16, 2014 will be permitted to vote for the slate of candidates for the Board of Directors of the Humane Society. All eleven positions on the board are up for election. Four of the positions will be for one year terms, three for two year terms and the remaining four positions are for full three year terms. The nominating committee has confirmed the following 18 candidates for the 11 Director positions.
