This mom is having mixed emotions right now. Im angry and sad. My son is feeling bad and doesnt want to play in 7-9 divisions in basketball cause of his size and getting questioned about his age. I did take his birth certificate and his coach showed the tournament committee. Its not his fault that me, his mom is 5 foot 11 and his dad is 6 foot. Both my kids are way above average height for their age. But just so every one knows, my sons birthday is 8-12-04, he will be 10 in August. My daughters birthday is 6-6-06, she will be 8 in June. Im a very over protective mom and when my kids feelings get hurt, you will see a bad side of me that I hate showing but those are my babies and I will protect their feelings from being hurt. Im sorry for putting this out there but it really bothered me when my son told me why he didnt want to play.
