This particular e-bike model is 600W output with a 36V 10Ah Li-ion battery capable of going 20 miles with pedal assistance and a little less with the full throttle engaged (probably 15 miles). In comparison, the conversion model that Im looking at is 2000W output with a 48V 20Ah LiFePO4 battery. A little math and you can figure out how far I can go. 360/20 = 960/x. x = 53 Miles. However, my wheels are 29 while this models wheels are 26. It will only take me 695.8 rotations to cover a mile while it takes the 26 776 rotations. With a 2000W output, Id be able to cover a given distance faster and with more efficiency. One month. Cant wait! If none of you hear from me for a while (which might be a good thing to some of you), Ill be trail riding some mountains in Alaska like I used to when I was a kid.
