This past year I have gone through and finalized a divorce. Many dont know the struggle of divorce. The impact it has on not just your life but the lives of family and friends that were also impacted by the separation of the marriage. No! I dont feel bad about the divorce, it was necessary. I feel bad about the relationships that has been broken and the plans that had to be derailed because of the shift in the family unit. Yes, I hurt and I suffer sometimes because my life has changed. Yes, I feel the struggle of being a single mother. Yes! I feel the struggle of being financially challenged at times. Yes! I mourn over the lost of people that I at one time I called family and friends, but Thank you God! Thank for showing me favor through it all. The moral of this long post is that I AM NOT where I use to be, I may have less, and my social status may not be as I would like it to be. Thank you God! Thank you that I AM NOT WHERE I USED TO BE! I hope someone gets something out of reading this. I felt compelled to post this it wasnt meant for me it was meant for you. Have a blessed day!
