This plank move looks simple, but really gets those obliques! Start out in plank, hands under shoulders, looking 3 feet in front of you. take your right hand and bring it up straight out in front of you, and then bring it around to the top of your lower back and squeeze. repeat on the left ⏰alternate sides for 30 seconds and work up to a minute ⚠if you need to modify, go down on to your knees, flat back.
