This seasons OFC Champions League will see three brothers appearing for Ba after a lapse of some seasons. The siblings of Wailotua Village in Wainibuka, Tailevu has been named in the Men In Blacks 30-member squad for the regional competition. Veterans Peni Finau and Leone Vurukania will play key roles in defence and midfield while lanky marksman Osea Vakatalesau will spearhead the attack. Interestingly, the three brothers have not played together in the same squad and the Champs League will give them their much needed reunion. Vakatalesau and Finau have played alongside each other for Ba and Lautoka on a couple of ocassions but the pair have not played in the same team with their elder sibling. Vurukania and Finau played together for Nadroga in the last window while Vakatalesau was one of Bas consistent performers in the 2013 season having netted decisive goals in the major tournaments and the National League. Apart from the trio, goalie Jone Sorolo, left-back Shameel Rao, utility Ronald Lawrence and stirker Maciu Dunadamu are also back for Ba for the Champions League. The Fijian champions will open their campaign against AS Magenta of New Caledonia on April 07 at Govind Park.
