This was my original recipe from weeks ago for the 3 ingredients Christmas cake. To help you all have success and a great cake I have reposted recipe as it as been altered quiet a bit, ex cooking times, soaking times. 3 INGREDIENTS CHRITMAS CAKE 750 ml iced coffee 1 kg mixed fruit soaked for 24 hrs in ice coffee. No less has you end up with way to much liquid left. The fruit needs to soak most of the liquid,after 24 hrs there is just enough liquid to combine the 2 cups of flour. Mix well Add baking paper to Sc. Add mixture. Mine was cooked 4 hrs high 4 hours low. Total of 8 hrs. Cooking times my vary with each Sc. Depending on heat. Tea towel under lid is a must.
