This wedding review MADE OUR DAY! Thank you very much Mr Dyson for taking the time to write it! And congratulations to all the team! I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at the hotel for a wonderful time at the above wedding. I am the grooms father and my wife and I stayed with you from the Thursday before the wedding until the Tuesday afterwards. The hospitality, friendly approach and efficiency of all the staff was exemplary, in fact I have never experienced a hotel like it and I have stayed in many over the years. The reception staff were fantastic and the bar staff absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and I was left with the definite impression throughout that the staff really enjoyed working for the management and indeed with each other. The standards set by the owners and management are clearly very high indeed and it showed in what was ultimately delivered. The service was obviously completely centred around the guests rather than, as can often be the case, for the benefit of the hotel itself. In other words we never got the impression that the rules of the hotel detracted from the service being provided for the guests, nor indeed that the guests were ever considered to be an inconvenience. On the contrary, the guests were always at the centre of what was being provided. The wedding itself was an amazing event. The food was unbelievable and the service terrific. Much of the credit for that must go to Louisa and Eoin who were just lovely, as were all the staff, not just with us but with all our family and friends. Many of them commented on how great it was and how much they enjoyed it and I know that some have made their views known publically through facebook, trip advisor, etc. My wife and I cannot thank you enough for making our sons wedding such a memorable occasion. We will certainly stay with you again should we come back to that part of Ireland. Incidentally I am more than happy for you to use my comments by way of testimonial and whatever way you please.
