This week the Cherokee County Humane Society rescued almost 400 - TopicsExpress

This week the Cherokee County Humane Society rescued almost 400 dogs from a puppy mill. The dogs were found in chicken wire cages stacked on top of one another, with no padding. Some of the dogs are pregnant. All of the dogs need immediate medical attention; They have eye/ear infections, medical care, grooming and more. The dogs are frightened. They need financial donations made to the Cherokee County Humane Society (Tax Deductible) Dog food, puppy food, beds, padding, veternary approved flea/tick treatment and other pet supplies. My vet the Animal Hospital of Towne Lakeis a collection and drop off point. Open 7 days a week. One practical thing you can do, is to look for coupons for dog food in the Sunday paper or online to stretch your contribution.
