Warm up: dynamic stretching and warm up include 4 sets of 25 side shuffles 25 karaoke shuffles 25 high skips 25 walking calf raises Speed and transitional workout: 2 sets for time your time to remember is your slowest set so try and go faster each set. 2 min resting walking (about 400m) between sets 200m sprint 20 burpees 200m sprint 20 squats 100m sprint 200m jog 100m bear crawl then all out sprint last 100m recover Strength: Partners (or solo) 3 tire flips forward in and out jumps 10 burpees in and out jumps back 10 dip ...back to tire flips for 50 yards!!! push past your limits only then will you realize those are just your perceived limits .... then go forward and find your real limits only to destroy them ~David~
