This workout remembers my friend Greg Anderson, who passed two years ago. Leg press, squat/deadlift (of sorts), wide chin, side chin, dip, close chin, reverse wrist roller. The chin/dip machine, shirt, the blanket at the end, provided by him. Inspiration by Greg, even if he would have pushed me harder. Any flaws in the workout exclusively mine. And he would have gotten the visual reference/jokes at the end.
