This year my Golden Years definitely changed to Pyrite (fools gold) years. Following a successful lumbar diseconomy in November 2013 I was confront with a blood clot in my left leg. Treatment for this is still ongoing. I was diagnosed in March with a desmoplastic melanoma on my scalp which was removed April 22nd leaving a 5 inch diameter wound atop my scalp which has finally healed. My next ailment came upon me very fast. This being the loss of strength and usage of my right arm; diagnosis torn rotator cuff and biceps ligaments, bone spurs and superfluous tissue mass in the right shoulder. September 3rd surgery was performed and during rehab back pain became excruciating. Diagnosis, kidney stones in right urethan canal. September 19th stones removed surgically, stint placed along with a catheter. Catheter removed September 22nd and stint removed September 29th. Finally feeling like a productive human being just in time for our trip to the Nascar race in Kansas City Kansas this weekend. Hoping Murphys law is not in effect the rest of the year.
