Thought I wouldnt check up on you eh? Well, here I am! No excuses not to throw in a workout! Come on people, how are you going to get healthy and fit if you dont make time to do a workout of some sort every single day? You dont have to go crazy, but you do need to get more physically active or else nothing is going to happen. You wont trim inches off your waistline, your arms and legs wont get toned, and above all, your heart and lungs will not get stronger. I cant imagine losing my independence, but folks, the simple truth is we are all getting older, and at some point, we all become less agile, less flexible, more susceptible to injury, and disease. Be proactive, and start making small changes to your lifestyle now. You have the power to be healthy and strong! You can do anything you set your mind to! Im excited for you!! Woo hoo!!
