Thought for the day... Sometimes its frustrating when I write these posts... The reason is that there is only so many times I can regurgitate the same things without sounding like a broken record... But heres thing... In the words of Tyler Durden, you are not a beautiful or unique snowflake.... NOTE: Im purely making reference to the unique part of this quote, you are all beautiful... Now, let me set this straight... The same principles of weight loss and building muscle apply to each and everyone of us... They just need to be applied according to our own inter-individual variances e.g- variations in metabolism, fiber types etc The problem is, most people get far too caught up in looking for a new diet, supplement or program, thinking that they are different and require something special to get in shape... So if you are scouring the net, magazines and so forth looking for that magic bullet, stop right now... Get back to the basics... A moderate calorie deficit, resistance training and some cardio will drop body fat... A moderate calorie surplus, a progressive resistance training program and adequate rest will aid muscle building... Wow, mind boggling...
