Thought for the day… The biggest secret to fat loss/muscle building is that there are no secrets. All programs/plans work to varying extents. However, the root of a truly successful program lies in how consistently you can follow that plan. So how do we stay consistent? The key to being consistent, is to plan ahead. Prepare your meals. You may need to do a weekly/bi-weekly cook up so that you arent caught off guard and make poor decisions that hinder your progress. This may mean that you enter your daily food intake into a food data base (myfitnesspal etc) the night before or for several days in advance... Not only should you plan out your food intake, but plan out your daily/weekly/monthly training schedule. This can be extremely beneficial over the colder months, as when you have it in your diary, it is much harder to skip workouts based on energy levels, mood, etc… Preparation is the key to consistency… Dont wing it day-to-day… Achieving goals requires more than just intention. It requires thought, preparation and execution!
