Three times now Ive woke up because I was dreaming / playing out in my dream what I read on that police report.........I need everyones help....please call tarrant county prosecutor and ask for Pedro Garcia 9-16-81 charges to be raised!! Hes has only been charged with accident involving injury or death...it only carrys 2-10........ he hit her, he dragged her under his 2006 chrysler 300, dislodged her still alive body and left her on seminary to die...she was pronounced at 10:33 the accident happened a little before 10pm....blunt force trama to the head chest pelvis and lower extremities.... Im telling all this so people will understand that he killed her and just maybe if he would have stopped shed be alive, but he didnt and she suffered tremendously........please help ...he deserves his time..illegal or not
