Three years ago tomorrow, dad passed. Im so thankful for the peace and joy in knowing that he has seen the Face of Love. I grieved his death very deeply, and its a blessing to reflect back and see what God used to bring healing to such pain. Among many small and gentle things, this song (which I listened to countless times) along with an unexpected joy and grace of a faithful refrain were the most significant gifts God knit into my heart redeeming me from the deep ache of loss.
