Through back Thursday Inspiration: There is nothing to it but to do it First picture, me 1984, 18 years old! Jane Fonda workout lol! Second picture me in 2013 at my studio move 2 more. I call it Fitness & Health Consistency which I believe is the success of a healthy body & mind that does not change a lot over the years while growing older. I realize it is still the short fix and fast results mentality here in Barbados plus the no pain no game brain wash, working out from one extreme to the next and getting injured. Or going for a specific look not for health. I hear a lot of women saying Before I had my kids...I was so slim or men say When I was in my teenage years at University... I was so fit. All excuses! Start moving! Fitness and movement is not about feeling important is about a regular normal healthy lifestyle throughout the years of your amazing life and not only seasonal. Really and truly their is NOTHING TO IT BUT TO DO IT and you can too! Now, is tough times for everybody and this is not the time to give up or to let it be. You cannot afford a gym go and walk, you cannot afford a nutritionist eat less.
