Tip of the Day: If you happen to take a wrong number for bill payment, you can put the payment on hold until the customer returns. From the payment pending window, click on the hour-glass next to the number that is wrong. When the customer returns, go to payment pending window, click on the third tab, Payments on Hold, click on the check mark for number in question. You will have the opportunity to change the number and/or carrier. When done, payment will go back to Pending where you can take care of it as usual. Sell smart with CellSmart POS.
