Title : IT Technician Job in Mombasa Kenya Details: Company Profile: Our Client is in the freight and logistics industry Title: IT Technician Location: Mombasa Main Role: Responsible for All IT/IS related in the Region Duties and Responsibilities: Technical support for assigned company initiatives and projects. Participation in feasibility studies and testing for new IT applications To review and analyze the IT systems in use from time to time and implement additional functionalities for optimization of output to meet User requirements Manage and Monitor the Network platforms consisting of switches, routers and wireless connections. Maintenance of up to date Systems documentations, policies and procedures Ensure system data is secure through backups as required Establish and maintain efficient hardware and network infrastructure Ensure IS coordination between all respective Departments Facilitate IT related courses and seminars. Ensure user support in the organization Qualifications & Experience A Diploma degree in Information Technology or equivalent Three years relevant experience required Troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows server 2008 Good Knowledge of using and troubleshooting MS Office applications Basic Network Troubleshooting skills.
