To all intents and purposes, there can be ABSOLUTELY NO DISTINCTION between stating the institution cant get funds for an all-important project profoundly critical to its thriving and DECLARING BANKRUPTCY! If a public institution establised by an Act of the Parliament of a reputable sovereign Republic and boasting of countless international accreditations can arrive at a point where it loses the capability to leverage this bounteous goodwill/trust to source for funds to address its accomodation blues - a core timeless responsibility for the fulfilment of its raison detre (purpose of existence - which is to furnish a conducive environment for students intellectual development) ostensibly on grounds of irreconciliable contractual terms, while its students pitifully rot in unwholesome hostels, then its time we arose to a full realisation of the horrendous crisis we have plunged into! The times must be brutally frightening! And of course, some brass must crash some tonnes of knotty questions!!!
