To all my friends that came out to support me Tuesday night all I can say is that you know who your friends are when you really need them and I am proud that I have such great friends that came out to show their support and love for me. I want to thank everyone that voted for me, I am only going to say this about the entire situation that this had nothing to do with any form of prejudice what so ever, because everyone that knows me knows I am in no way prejudice against anyone for any reason. This was about an issue of protecting a fellow colleague from getting fired simply because some people think she is too old to do her job . I am going to continue to fight along side most of my fellow board members to ensure that Maryann gets treated fairly and does not get fired. I also thank ALL the newspaper reporters that reported this fairly and honestly and did not take sides just presented the facts. All the articles were well written and I am very happy. I know that this is far from over but we are going to prevail and I am so happy that everyone came out to support me thank you. I have such great friends that I am overjoyed about the turnout and the vote. Thank you all.
