To all my page followers who I love so much, There comes a time when everyone needs a break and now its my turn.The messages in inbox keep piling in and I cant answer them quick enough, the same comments and questions are asked multiple times a day even though I have a FAQ section.I cannot be two places at once as full time student and constantly posting on my page it is becoming very draining. I have decided to take a few personal days away from the page AND teaching my boot camp classes (no class tonight at 6pm or Saturday morning at 9am).I need to take time to deal with certain things BUT I promise to come back stronger than ever! Two years ago I would of burned myself out and just kept going to the point of exhaustion. Now Im realizing its better to take a break and come back strong.Some of you may know why I need a break some of you may not and I hope one day I am strong enough to share some of the experiences I have been through that have put me where I am in life now. Some people think that all I do is sit behind my phone/computer and that I am always free to answer questions,share your stories and keep you motivated... the reality is that I am not even sure how I get other things done so please remember I have a life too. I will be back soon
