To all of you following Tiana’s story. (This is a hand full bare with me :) ) Yesterday I went to Tiana’s mom Alta to visit and at one stage Alta took out a paper with some very important things written on it. She gave this to me with tears streaming down her face and asked me if I was prepared to help her with this very important task. As I read it, I felt a huge pain in my heart and I could also feel Alta’s pain as my friend and me being a mom of 2 beautiful children myself… but point being we need to face facts :( Tiana is a very sick little girl. If you have read her prognosis you would know that time is not totally on her side. BUT don’t get us wrong we TRULY believe in miracles and we also believe that it is all in God’s hands. It is totally up to Him what happens with not only Tiana but ALL of us. Alta just feels that whatever happens she wants to fulfill Tiana’s wishes. Tiana has been very sick especially the last couple of weeks she is struggling to breathe and she has lost lots of weight. But she is also just a little girl that plays with her Barbie’s, sings with her friend Mikylie, laughs and has lots of dreams. I therefore agreed to help Alta accomplish as many as possible of Tiana’s wishes. Her “Bucket List” if you are more familiar with this term. I pray and hope some of you would see it in your heart to help us. Please don’t feel obligated or forced but if there is something on this list you can help with, in ANY way even if it is only your time… please consider it. Any contribution of donation is also welcome. I will make sure it goes for the right reason. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT. If you are joining us Monday the 3rd of November at Dros Silver Lakes “and please , please do 20% of all sales are going to Tiana!” … I will have a white bucket on my table where you can also put in a contribution to grant this little angles wishes” Tiana’s Wishes -Her biggest wish is to go to the sea to pick-up shells; What we need; we have someone who sponsored accommodation. We need a rental car as Alta’s car is not reliable, or a car that is road worthy. We also need petrol money and toll gate money. We also need some food for the holiday. -Make a beautiful Garden; What we need; we already decided to make a beautiful garden at my home and Alta’s home. Any plants, flowers, seeds are welcome. “Even if it is from your own garden”. Any gardening accessories she loves butterflies. Also I really don’t have green fingers so anyone who is good at gardening please come help us hehe. -Have a fun Baking Day; What we need; baking day will also happen at my home. If anyone wants to sponsor baking ingredients? We will be baking a butterfly cake. Maybe we can work in time to bake some cookies and cupcakes as well. -Spa-Day; wants to be spoilt and feel pampered What we need; any beautician that can spoil Tiana? Or even someone that works at a Spa or beauty house. Someone can also sponsor her and mom Alta for a day of spoiling at a Spa so that she can feel like a real little lady. -See her brother that stays in Cape Town; What we need; if there is anyone who can help with a ticket from Cape Town to bring her brother to Pretoria to visit her. Or someone who works for the airlines or have any contacts? -Visit a Game Farm What we need; someone working on a game farm anywhere close? Or anyone who can sponsor her for the day to go and view some animals anywhere close by? -Eat somewhere nice What we need; any restaurant owners or manager of a nice restaurant who can maybe spoil her family for a delicious meal or dining out? -Go Camping What we need; camping goods to borrow. A camping site. Maybe some goodies to make it fun. Food and snacks. -Horse Riding What we need; anyone that owns a horse riding school or has contacts with a horse riding school that can help here? She only wants to experience it once. - Modeling Photoshoot What we need; A photographer that is willing to do a beautiful princess or modeling shoot with Tiana. She always wanted to be a famous model. -Meet Leon Schuster; What we need; Does anyone know Leon Schuster or can anyone arrange this? -Shopping Experience; What we need; she does not want a lot of items at all. She only wants the experience. Only a dress and pretty little set. She also gets really tired when walking around at the moment so anyone willing to take her for a cold drink and shopping? Or anyone who can contribute to this? Well this is it! Long list I know :) … BUT don’t we all have dreams? Don’t we all want to see and experience things? My biggest dream is to go to Europe “Italy and France”. Tiana’s dreams are only a tiny spot of mine. Makes you think. Any help will be much appreciated! Inbox me or mail; [email protected]
