To my USC batchmates of South Grade School (1996). Please be informed that we will be having a Grand Alumni Homecoming on December 20, 2014. Specific details are indicated below. What: USC SC Grand Alumni Homecoming When: December 20,2014 Where: USC-SC Pentagon Who: Graduates of USC SC Attire for Men: Smart casual attire (semi-formal) with a touch of yellow or green. e.g. may be polo or polo shirt paired with jeans and any footwear except slippers. Attire for Women: Smart casual attire (semi-formal) with a touch of yellow or green e.g blouse, casual dress, or shirt with collar paired with skirt or jeans and any footwear except slippers. Registration fee is P300. You can start paying ASAP at the Principals Office. Deadline for this will be on DECEMBER 1. This fee will include the dinner and all other expenses such as the lights and sounds system, raffle etc. Heres the general program for the alumni homecoming: - Registration: 2:30 to 3:30 pm - Election of batchs officers (who will serve as representatives also of the batch for the coming events): 3:30 to 4:00 pm - Mass: 4:00 to 5:00 pm - Program for the Honorees: 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Honorees are those graduates who were able to contribute to specific fields. There are 3 categories, science (scientia), leadership in the country or the church (virtus) or the society (devotio). Well keep you posted of the process and criteria for the nomination. - Dinner: 6:00 to 7:00 pm - KAMUSTAHAN/ Variety Show: 7:00 to 9:00 pm - Disco (basically dance revo since it includes music from different years): 9:00 to 10:00 pm There will also be Raffle draws during the program. Were also looking for additional kind SPONSORS. Well be sending out sponsorship letters to our prospects and any willing sponsors. Were asking for your active cooperation despite our busy schedules. This is the pioneering year for the Alumni Homecoming Committee which aims to establish soon a stable group to organize such event, so hopefully we will attend. Please help us spread the word.
