To our dear friends and Oarhouse Pub family, I do sincerely ask for your understanding for having been unable to be there at the bar to see and talk to you lately as a result of an accident I had three weeks ago which required temporary hospitalization and tests to ensure that I can be on the road to recovery. It has been hard, but like anything, I have survived and will eventually be back at the bar to personally attend to all of you as far as I am able. I know many of you have been complaining of the heat when the place begins to fill up and even on those occasions when the bar is not full of people. We humbly apologize for this temporary condition as we will be in the process of replacing our affected air-conditioning units on the ground floor in July. Things break down, and there is no excuse for that but it is a regular cycle of maintaining a comfort level and if need be, of replacing what no longer works. So please bear with us for the temporary discomfort as we will address the situation hopefully within the first half of July. And please do not hesitate to let Jecery, Jocelyn, Evelyn and the staff know of whatever you need to bring to their attention, in my temporary absence. You know there is nothing else we would want but to make you feel as welcome and as at home at The Oarhouse whenever you stop by. I will see you all soon once I am recovered, and thanks for your patient loyalty, understanding and patronage of The Oar. Ben :-)
