To say that being suicidal or committing suicide is selfish, is ignorant. No one knows the demons that person may be facing, the turmoil they feel within themselves, or the pain that they are enduring. Sure, that is no excuse for someone to cause harm to themselves, and in no way are we condoning it. But as another human being in a world that can be so cold and harsh, we should have more compassion for one another, and be more sympathetic to the families and friends of our lost ones and towards those among us who feel hopeless. Everyone knows how it feels to face disappointment and despair. So why say that you don’t feel sorry for them? Everyone that reads this has been hurt, let down, and sad at some point in their lives. So when you see someone else going through a tough time just like you once were, why don’t you try to be a positive, uplifting light into their lives instead of something else kicking them while their down? And if you are the one going through it, always know that there is hope! There is nothing that you can’t make it through! And yes its sometimes easier said than done, but if you are stuck in a difficult season in your life, be strong! Shake it off, get up, and keep going! Whatever you are facing can only keep you down if you choose to let it! God is greater than any corrupt situation, failure, or disappointment! Put your trust in him and the fact that he ALWAYS knows what he is doing and you will be sure to see your victory! Hope everyone has a safe week! God bless!
