To the few guys that actually care heres my latest workout update. Despite a slow recovery from a shoulder injury I decided to push my boundaries and added an additional forty pounds to my bench press. Optimism? Well I found that although jumping forty pounds was a risk even without my injury I handled it quite easily. When I heal up I may ad an extra twenty and never look back. My demon is patients. Slow and steady and good diet is key right!
