Today I learned that someone I called friend, died last sunday. She had an asthma attack which caused her heart to go into cardiac arrest. Her brain was without oxygen for 10 minutes. Her family took her off the machines sunday. I am still in shock at this because i had seen and talked with her 2 weeks ago. I cant seem to get my mind to accept that she is gone. Please say an extra prayer for my friend carol and her family and friends. Thank you. On a lighter note, i have now lost a total of 41pounds. Also would like to say a BIG BIG THANK YOU to my son Richard and granddaughter Morgan for my early Christmas presents. I am njoying them thoroughly and wonderfully. Love you so much.
