Today I want to show you how to start protecting and flushing out your mind: its called personal development! Action for Today: Make a T list. On the left side of the horizontal line, list anything in your own life that fills your mind with negative, worrisome or fearful messages. On the right side, list all the things in your life that currently feed your mind with positive, hopeful or abundant messages.
