Today Im interested in how we, as a nation, can move beyond bitter partisanship in the House that has all but eliminated the bridge builders of the past; find a way that patterns of representation in the House more accurately reflect the American voting public. Our current winner take all approach results in a situation where 51% of the votes are allocated 100% of the seats. 49% of the votes are allocated 0% of the seats. Have a look at this interesting proposal.
