Today a plug for my client LessBounce! Pleeease, oh please! I stood and watched the Race for Life at Cirencester Park at the weekend and women who were at least a 36DD were running with not only NO sportsbra but no bra at all! Husband loved the whole thing obviously but 1) it slows down your running 2) it must be flipping uncomfortable, flipping being the operative word and 3) your pectoral muscles stretch, they are the ones that hold up your boobettes and once they stretch there is no way to get them back again which leads to saggy puppies! Gravity wins! Buy a sports bra and use lessbounce the clue is in the name and if you get stuck ring them as all the ladies understand all shapes and sizes and can help you measure! GO GIRLS!
